In this, do you go over the same basics as 110Yrd./100M: arm movement, number of steps, slight incline & decline running..? curious, as to what factors are prevalent, in training this one. I don’t even recall, in school, what the factors were, unique to the 60. didn’t even study it, during biomechanics/kinesilogy. Was too into The axes factors, such as Jan Zelezny, impetus, & such.
